GREAT DANE RESCUE OF AZ ALLIANCE

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Great Dane Rescue of Arizona Alliance (GDRAZA).

Because we are a 100% volunteer-based organization, we have many opportunities inside the organization where you can donate your time. If you love to

help out a good cause, take a look to see if any of these opportunities intrigue you:

Dog Foster: Since GDRAZA does not have a kennel, a dog foster is vital to our organization. As a foster, the dog would live in your home until adopted.

Pet fosters find this to be a very rewarding way to volunteer their time as they see the dogs transform from a sometimes shy, scared dog into a loving

companion. The more foster homes that we have available enables us to save more homeless dogs. If you would like to become a Foster Home, please

complete our Foster Application found HERE.

Foster Home Corrdinator: We are constantly receiving applications from wonderful folks that wish to volunteer to foster one of our available dogs.

We are in need of a volunteer to manage this process and match up the appropriate dog to an approved foster home.

Public Events: GDRAZA participates in adoption events in the Phoenix area(s) and beyond. We need volunteers to set up/tear down as well as

answering questions and being a community resource.

Other areas of volunteering:

• Transportation of dogs from owner surrender to foster home

• Transportation of dogs to and from the vet

• Meet & Greet and Home Checks with potential adoptor
